Acupuncture can support a wide range of conditions, including pain management, stress relief, digestive issues, sleep disorders, overall wellness, recovery from substance addiction, and hormone-related conditions. I have extensive experience working with patients in rehab centers dealing with addiction and its challenges.

Each acupuncture session typically lasts between 40 to 60 minutes, depending on your condition and treatment plan. For maximum effectiveness, I aim for 60-minute sessions. The initial consultation, including both consultation and treatment, lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition and health goals. Some people feel improvement after one session, while others may need multiple treatments for lasting results. In the beginning, it’s important to have regular, repeated sessions for the best outcome. Typically, 4-5 sessions, once a week, are recommended to build a solid foundation for sustained benefits.

Most patients feel little to no pain. The needles are very thin, and many people find the treatment relaxing. Some mild side effects, such as temporary soreness, slight bruising, or fatigue, may occur after treatment, but they usually resolve quickly.
I offer magnetic therapy and acupressure for those who prefer needle-free treatments—ideal for children and sensitive individuals.

Before your appointment, eat a light meal and wear comfortable clothing. It’s important to avoid coming on an empty stomach, as this can increase the likelihood of side effects. After treatment, stay hydrated and allow time for your body to adjust. Light exercise is fine after treatment, but it’s best to avoid intense workouts or activities like saunas.
